]]> Nyack’s thriving small business community is something we here at Visit Nyack certainly think is newsworthy, but it’s always great to hear when others outside of our bubble feel the same!

Maya Sargent and Viviana Villalva, graduate students in Fordham University’s Public Media and Journalism master’s program, took a little jaunt to the west side AKA the best side of the river to talk to members of Nyack’s small business community. They spent a day exploring the village and speaking with two long-standing Nyack business owners, John Dunnigan of Pickwick Bookshop and Maria Luisa Whittingham of Maria Luisa Boutique about what makes Nyack such a great place to set up shop.
